Gene has been a world-renowned soapstone and bronze sculptor for 25 years....
He also studied Watercolor from Marshall McDaniels for 7 years.....He has been
teaching Watercolor for 1-1/2 years and his students (even first year
beginners) won ribbons for all of the paintings they entered in the 2008
Josephine County Fair - many First Places.....They have also won many
honors at other local and regional Art Competitions .You can tell by the small
fee he charges that he teaches simply for the love of art and the satisfaction of
seeing his students' joy and pride in their work.
